Replacement of Flare Tip Project: Distribution Board Schedule, Block Diagrams, Cable Route Layout (CRL), Material Requisition, Termination Diagram, Detail drawings, Cable Calculation ( Amtech Pro-Design), Material Requisition Produce and check drawings and documents in accordance with Company Procedures and maintain an auditable record of these checks. Report fully all aspects of work scope to the supervising engineer on a regular basis. Maintain manual or computerised schedules and drawings. Apply acquired knowledge of relevant engineering principles to complement the drafting process Redrafting the PID’s drawings to the native format and create them in Auto CAD software & add latest markups. Create sketch drawings from original PID’s in AutoCAD 2D software, add BP markups. Use latest version AutoCAD, design instrument equipment in 3D & preparation detailed drawings for all BP platforms. Participate in project design review meetings and coordinate with vendors. Design and drafting using AutoCAD version 2012 for electrical schematic drawings. Preparing pipe isometric drawings for Heat Tracing projects. Updated NODAL diagrams by using existing drawings for instrument cables. Check all completed projects data sheets & add comments for discussion. Heat Tracing ELL; ISO’s development, work with vendor Revised all type drawings: ETD; LOOP; Hook-up; CED; SKE; PID’s; CRL; SCH; FGD; SCI; DTL; ILD; ISO & updated in Drawing Register. Work on BP documentum, search all type drawings, to give line numbers to the unnumbered drawings. Make proposals for sketches after designing them. To fill TDT reports send by BP Tag Request.
