• Implement the inspection activities as per approved ITP and project requirements; • Material receiving inspection and control over storage and handling; • Witness PQR, WPS and WPQ qualification, witness NDT and DT tests, • Control of equipment calibration, certificates of materials, consumables storage and baking; material traceability control and recording; • In-process checks of welding parameters, positions, preheat, interpass temperature, welders audits. • Monitoring of piping fabrication and welding activities of tie-in welds, witness golden welds; • Linewalks of piping systems and installation of various equipment, review of test packs and punch lists before release for hydrotests. • Control over weather conditions, surface profile, paint systems application and insulation activities, • Reinstatement inspection activities upon completion of installation of piping tie-ins, • Review of inspection reports and test packs.

• Provide construction supervision in designated area in disciplines according to specialization • Participation in the survey and registration of the acts of hidden and special works • Final acceptance of the completed construction and engineering works, supervision of completion outstanding items in time and as per specified quality standards • Monitoring of the implementation of quality parameters of construction works done by subcontractors • Internal and external interaction • Preparation and submission of reports • Monitoring of QC inspections of construction works as per schedules • Monitoring and tracking of NDT and laboratory reports • Compliance with the Safety requirements in construction works

 Implement the inspection activities as per approved Inspection Test Plan, monitor and inspect the subcontractor activities;  Witness PQR and WPS preparation, witness nondestructive and destructive tests, materials destructive and chemical testing, welders qualification (WPQ);  Coordination and control of correct NDT application and radiography interpretation;  Control over materials and consumables traceability, control over their storage, verification of calibration of equipment and tools;  Final visual and dimensional inspection of pipes, shoe pipes, rings and hooks assembly against latest approved fabrication drawings;  Control over weather conditions, temperature, humidity, due point etc, surface preparation, anchor profile measurements, monitoring mixture of paint, application of primer and final coat, WFT and DFT measurements, holiday tests, pull-off adhesion tests,  Preparation of inspection and progress reports, review contractor’s QC documentation, preparation of QC dossiers

- Monitor all works as per ITP, Procedures, Drawings and specifications. - Control over Pipe Tracking and Material Traceability - Monitoring NDT verification of completed welds - Pipe Coating Inspections, Holiday testing, Pill tests - Welder Audits - Verify materials, consumables, fit-up, welding, repair work, final VDI, coating and concrete application works comply with project requirements - Ensure qualified and approved welding procedures and personnel are correctly assigned to the work - Perform and verify dimensional checks within the allowable tolerances. - Review manufacturer’s material test reports, contractor’s Construction Documentation for 16.03.2015 30.11.2015 completeness and correctness. - Verification of calibration of welding and measuring equipment, - Control over installation of Anode protection - Monitoring the loading and unloading of pipes on the ships and trains - Inspection pipes after repair - Review the status of final NDE reporting and results. - Monitoring and inspection of concrete works application and testing. - Review of documentation and clearance of outstanding items prior to release.
