I am a result-driven manager with international experience in Finance and Business Operations across challenging environments and emerging markets. For over 9 years I worked for Nestlé S.A. in several progressively more and more influential managerial capacities. In 2012 I was instrumental in the opening of an operational Nestlé company in Azerbaijan and subsequently lead a Finance team responsible for the entirety of financial management of the company. For sixteen months from April 2017 to July 2018 I was a CFO for Avrora Ltd, a production and distribution company. Starting from February 2019 I work as a Finance Manager for Competo LLC, a rapidly growing FinTech company. Besides experience in financial planning, budget controlling, financial analysis and other spheres of corporate finance, I have a solid practical experience in accounting and financial reporting with advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting systems. I am polite, outgoing and diplomatic, and can resolve difficult issues without conflicts, as well as help defuse existing ones. I cultivate my image among my colleagues as a competent professional with an open mind and a helpful attitude, as someone who can be relied upon when time comes to come up with an idea or a solution to a problem. In my leadership style, I respect consistency and reliability in others and always try to instill these qualities by personal example. I adore sports and follow a healthy life-style.
