- Proven 3-4 years experience as event manager

Job Description:

• Responsibilities

- Preparing of promo/events plan according to marketing strategy and objective
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives, as well as hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.) in frame of approved budget in media plan.
- Prepare event/promo expenditure and scenario
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Cooperation with franchisee partners – get necessary confirmations, materials, contributions
- Lead promotional activities for the event – including PR, Social, Instore
- Supervise all staff (store staff behavior during event, suppliers etc.)
- Approve all aspects with Marketing prior the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
- Propose Marketing team with newly designed event and promo scenario to meet Marketing strategy and objectives
