Mission: Development of the company's business in Azerbaijan.

If you are result oriented, know how to prioritize, motivate others, plan and negotiate, the company would like to see you in their family.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading Traditional Trade and Modern Trade(non-KA) channel In Azerbaijan regions;
  • Realization of Sales out goals;
  • Realization of KPIs
  • Negotiations with distributor’s team (Motivation, training and development of distributors team);
  • Implementation of company Marketing and Trade marketing activities;
  • On this position, the associate will interact with Distributors (merchandisers, sales agents, team leaders).

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales;
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree at least) business and /or relevant field;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Azerbaijani,Russian - Fluent, English - intermediate;
  • Driver's license and driving experience of at least 6 months.
